Subject	need help making extra power on a budget

Message	hey guys, i have a 1990 TT Z all stock besides a Z1 intake. i know the word "cheap" doesnt go with the Z, but i am on a tight budget and would definately like to gain more power. if it is possible, would there be any "budget" performance mods that i can do?
